If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not submit or publish events.

2. Who Can Post

To share events on Activado, you must:

  • Have a registered user account.
  • Be at least 18 years old, or have permission to act on behalf of a club, business, or organisation.
  • Provide correct and complete information about yourself and your events.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Event Submission and Approval

Every event is reviewed before being published. We may approve, edit, or decline submissions at our discretion.

When posting an event, please make sure that:

  • The information is accurate and honest.
  • The event is real and lawful.
  • All details, such as location, time, and contact information, are correct.
  • The event does not break any of these Terms.

We may correct small issues, like spelling or formatting, without changing the meaning of your post.

4. What You Can’t Post

To keep the community safe and positive, we do not allow events that:

  • Contain hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language.
  • Include obscene, violent, or sexually explicit material.
  • Promote illegal or dangerous activities.
  • Mislead users with false or fake information.
  • Violate copyrights, trademarks, or other people’s rights.
  • Include spam, phishing, or harmful links.
  • Try to collect personal data from others without permission.

If any event breaks these rules, it may be removed immediately, and your account could be suspended.

5. Responsibility and Safety

You are responsible for your event and for following all local laws, permits, and safety requirements.

Activado is a platform for discovering and sharing events, but we do not verify every event’s details. By participating or attending, you do so at your own risk.

We are not responsible for:

  • Cancelled or changed events.
  • Damages, injuries, or losses linked to events.
  • Technical issues or downtime that may affect your listings.

6. Rights to Use Your Content

When you post an event, you keep full ownership of your content. However, you grant Activado permission to display, promote, and share your event on our website, app, and social media channels to help others discover it.

You confirm that you have the right to share any text, images, or materials you upload.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove or edit events that break these Terms, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.

Serious or illegal activity may also be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Privacy and Data

We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By submitting an event, you agree that we can use your information to manage, display, and promote your event.

You must not use Activado to collect or misuse other users’ personal information.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will post an updated version on this page. Continuing to use the platform after updates means that you accept the new Terms.
